We offer Homebuyer Surveys and Valuations for those considering purchasing a new
home. The Homebuyer Service provides a more detailed survey for the benefit of the
purchaser, in contrast to a simple mortgage valuation which is prepared for use
by the lender and is often not made available to the borrower/purchaser. The Homebuyer
Service is geared to notify the client of structural defects and serious wants of
repair as well as provide an overview as to whether the subject property is a good
prospect at the intended purchase price.
We currently have several contracts to supply Right to Buy Valuations to Council’s
and Housing Associations. In addition, we offer our services in connection with
housing development projects from the planning stage through to sales and lettings.
Valuation for tax planning and other financial purposes (marital and civil partnership
agreements or settlements, inheritance tax or probate, partnership dispersal, etc).
